If an injection were to give you eternal life, would you take it?

No side effects, other than you are able to heal from any wound and are immune to each and every illness. You could live forever. Would you want the injection?

    If I could stay 23 forever, I might take it.

    Edit: Then yes, I'd take it. There's so much I want to see and do in my life, and quite honestly, I fear death.
