LifeProof useres help!?
So I just bought a new LifeProof. Meaning I last week it came in the mail and I put it on my phone. I went camping over the week and while hiking I slipped and my phone feel out of my pocket and it now has a huge scratch running down the middle of the screen (on the case) as well as scratch marks like what you would find if it rubbed on concrete on the edges. I'm glad I had the case and everything but this case cost me $80 and it is barley a week old. Is this something that would be covered under warranty?

Some say yes , Some say no. It's best to call LifeProof and talk to them , Regardless of what the paper says i've found sometimes they're nice and cover stuff that they say they don't.
So, Just give them a call and talk about it , See what you can get done !
