I am a 16 year old girl, my guy friend is 17 we go to the same school, and he told me today that I was "perfect in every way" and "pretty". But he says that he thinks highschool dating is stupid and would never date anyone in highschool because he is against it. He is not gay. What do I do I have had a crush on him for over a year. Was that flirting?

He likes you and trust me he will date you. He's trying to sound mature and cool. Keep getting closer to him and see what happens. ;)
