Is it bad to hang out with another girl if theirs already a specific girl I'm talking to ?

There's no point hanging out with a girl who also has feelings for you ( and just met a month ago) when you already have someone special. You will only cause unnecessary negative feelings between you and the girl you are interested in.

if you want to be with the first girl you described, I would not hang out with the other girl. as girls, when a guy hangs out with a bunch of other girls, it makes us think he doesn't really care about us.
