alprazolam can affect a person's ability to drive. If the police pull you over and feel that you are impaired, they can ask for a blood test. This is where it gets tricky.
In my state, a person has the right to refuse a breathe test or blood test, but when somebody does refuse it, our drivers license is revoked automatically.
If they find alprazolam in your system, it only takes a small amount for them to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were impaired from the drug(s) in your system. Leading to a DUI charge
