Can this computer run Minecraft?

Hey guys i was thinking about buying a Latitude d830 laptop for schoolwork etc, but i was wondering if it would play minecraft(would it work with settings all turned down and low render). Just a yes or no and why please. Thanks! Or, if someone has a better laptop in general under $200, please give me the link!! Double thanks!

Seriously people i asked if it would run minecraft not tomb raider or super awesome high pixel games i mean really obviously i already have a good computer thats why i said for schoolwork and minimal minecraft really people

    No If you would wanna run it it will SUX My laptop is $600 and it can run Tomb Raider (the new Tomb raider the one that came out last year) On low settings it can play Counter Strike :Global Offensive & Counter Strike :Source On Maximum settings I'm gonna build a desktop and minecraft will probably be in ultra settings but mostly a lot of computers can run minecraft but your is a peice of (Excuse my language) ****.

    You're going to be *really* limited on a budget of $200. If your budget is that low for a computer system, I wouldn't bother at all, ESPECIALLY if you plan on running games on it.

    I suggest waiting until you can put more money into a system, and then build it yourself. There's no end to the amount of tutorials online that can guide you through the process, I'd suggest looking at LinusTechTips and TekSyndicate for help.

    No graphics card isn't the best also I have a $350 laptop it runs lowest settings 15-20 fps if I'm lucky lol
