Your hair is probably extremely damaged due to heat, First, use heat protector when applying heat. Second, seal your ends with oil to lock in moisture. Third, use a variety of shampoos and conditioners.
I recommend Treseme Split Remedy and either the matching conditioner (about $11 for both) or deep condition with a sulfate free conditioning system (the price varies) I suggest taking a look at Organix brand deep conditioning products or use macadamia oil deep mask which will repair hair within 2 uses. However, they are a bit more expensive. But, it is definitly worth your money. I use the macadamia oil deep repair mask & i see instant results of sealed split ends, shinier hair, & it helps with growth as well.

Google search CO-WASHING for more information, you should do that. Go to your local drugstore and buy L'Oreal EverCreme Cleansing Conditioner. Also, go to youtube site and search the following words. These two videos will greatly help your hair.

Im not sure if your looking to get your hair longer, but I have been using the Garnier Fructis Length & Strength Shampoo and Conditioner. I would definitely recommend it. It helps make my hair more healthy and smooth. I have tried so many shampoo and conditioners for my hair such as herbal essence, suave, or treseme and I have seem to really like this one. It has really good reviews for it and I love it! It is not expensive either, its about three to four dollars. Hoped this helped! : )

loreal is really good and i also really like this product called gud from burts bees it smells lovely and it doesnt dry out your hair. get a heat protectant spray also its worth the investment
