Can I have a bar of chocolate everyday?
I'm a 14 year old boy and I love chocolate. I'd say I eat a healthy diet but recently I have been adding a chocolate bar into my diet. I do a lot of exercise, I jog 3 mornings a week, go on long bike rides and I'm generally an active person. As long as I have my 3 healthy meals a day, and do my exercise is it Ok to include a chocolate bar? Will I go fat?
P.S I'm quite often hungry after my dinner so I figured I'm obviously not eating enough even with the Chocolate?

What type of chocolate bar are you thinking of? Do you mean a big bar of chocolate with squares, or a sort of small candy bar with honeycomb or whatever in it?
I'm really unfit and don't put on weight easily, but I usually eat a bit from a chocolate bar or just a whole candy bar.
Keep an eye on the sugar and calories i the chocolate you're eating, but make sure to treat yourself to something nice every once in a while.

Hard o predict if you will become fat, try it for a couple of weeks, you will start noticing in your clothing if you are gaining weight.
