Whats the biggest size tire/tube i can put on my fixie rim?

Before you start looking at what size you can install on your rim, check how much frame clearance you have. If your tires are close to the frame at any point you may not be able to install bigger tires. Your rims can probably handle tires as wide as 700 x 32, but they might rub on the frame

You must be good reducing your automobile 2" and going with rims at 17". Just make certain you don't get tires that are too fat and also you shouldn't rather scrape quite a bit at all.
