Throaty or raspy exhaust?

Can someone give me a definition of both of these and which one they prefer or think sounds more aggressive and/or louder? Thanks

Throaty: Deep, low pitched rumble sound. Raspy: High pitched cheap snappy sound like you hear on the back of Honda Civics with a big chrome muffler hanging underneath.

Source(s): Alignment, suspension and brake shop.
