Timing chain jumped,,,?

Is there a way to tell for sure with out tearing into it,,95 F250 351 Windser,,it'll start for about 2 seconds then die,,got fuel pressure,,a lot of miles 180,000,,never had any problems,,

    take distributor cap off, turn by hand clockwise bottom pulley till u see the rotor move,mark the harmoic ballancer with the timeing scale, slowly turn the bottom pulley backwards just until u see the rotor move,there should be virtuly no space between the marks u put on the pully and scale. doubt if it jumped, probaly stretched,

    compression test.At a 180,000 miles,I would replace it anyway to be reliable.
