Best Ringtone maker for android!!!?

i want an app,it should ask me when i select a ringtone "upto which time to which time",i don't want to edit and save file,i just want to set a time for ringtone without saving it.

    There is an app called Ringtone Maker it won't make you save the ringtone to your phone you can set it as your default right from the app but you have to hit the save button to do it. (You won't need to save it then go to your ringtones to make it your ringtone)
