I was wonder about what to write in a personal journal? Are their rules I need to follow when writing a personal journal? How do I keep this a secret from my girlfriend?

Your everyday thoughts. There are NO rules for a journal. You can say anything, you can write that you had a great day, or that you having homicidal thoughts. I keep it secret from my parents by not telling them and keeping it hidden in my room.

There are no rules as to what you should write in your personal journal, its yours. You can write about how many clouds you believe their are in the sky or talk about your toe nails. Its your book feel free to write about anything you please!
Keeping it a secret from your girlfriend ? That might be hard, girls are known spys lol
better off just telling her or hiding it under your bed lolol

If you don' want people reading your personnel thoughts don't write them down. Some things you will never forget I'm now 69 and remember this gorgeous female in the 4th grade. or when i was talking to a female neighbor ( I was maybe 10 ) and her older sister walked up to me and kissed me. You don't need a personal journal That's what memories are made of I spent decades doing shows with some great performers just two listen

You can deny what you say, but not what you write. Write what you don't mind if people read when you're dead and gone. Write the truth!
