Reigning Cup Champion might not make the Chase?

Brad Keselowski's stuck outside the top 10 and there's lots of drivers real close together in the points. Unless he starts running better, there's a real good chance he won't be in the top 10 after Richmond. He's also got no wins, so a wild card spot is not his. Does the 2 car step it up and make The Chase?

I've learned to never count Brad out; he is only a few points outside of the top 10 and he is one who is perfectly capable of clicking off a win or two at the flick of a switch. Asking if he will be relevant in the Chase, though, could be a totally different question. With the dominance of teams like the 48 and 20 and the consistency of teams like the 29 and 18, I don't know that I could bring myself to call him a legitimate championship contender. I think it will be about a 3 car battle when it is all said and done, with the 48 and 20 being the real threats.

If I had to guess, I would say the 2 makes the Chase cut, but is irrelevant come crunch time, much like Jeff Gordon.

I don't see Brad making it, he's too inconsistent, unless he gets it together really fast he won't make it even with Tony Stewart falling out.

He finished 6th yesterday. As long as he doesn't get anymore 20+ finishes, he should make it in the chase. He's 12th in points, so he's not too far off the grid.

Well, he can bully the Nationwide guys and win there. OOOO, they beat up on Kyle Busch here in YA nascar section, for that. Now, they will all belly ache about Brad K. doing it. Guess Brad saw Kyle was not racing there.
