    It "looks" ok.

The tremolo bridge doesn't look properly set up. It needs to be floating up a little higher in the back, but that can be adjusted easily.

the neck and frets look solid.

Alan is right - it is impossible to say anything about the condition of a guitar from images only; there are so many things that can be wrong with a guitar. Some things are easy to fix when you know how and have the right tools - other things can be a nightmare to correct or repair.

The major issue you can have is that the truss rod is no longer working, or that it's broken all together.

Also, how is the neck? Are the frets loose or worn? Maybe you will need a partial or full refret job - very costly indeed.

Are the pickups working properly? Have they become microphonic (giving unwanted howls and feedback)? How about the electronic components - any grounding or shielding issues (giving hum), are the posts and switches working properly?

Is the vibrato unit in fully working order - springs, claw and so on? The tuners - do they all work properly and is everything (including the tuners) fastened properly?

Any repairs done to the guitar? Have the neck/head joint been broken and glued back in? Any damage to the finish?

How does the guitar resonate without amplification? Does it seem dead or "alive"? Any dead spots on the neck? How is the overall set-up? Does it seem well kept - in good working order? Clean?

Does the guitar intonate well - in other words, is it in tune up the neck?

There is so much we can't see, that would be needed to answer the question. What is the action like? Belt scratches in the finish on the back? If you plug it in, what does it sound like? Do the knobs crackle when you adjust them (again, with it plugged in). Knowing the make would not tell us much about the condition, but it would allow us to give you a better idea of value, particularly with the other questions answered.
