I am having a brown discharge after my period. I know its just after blood from my period but how can i speed it up and get rid of it
I am going on holiday in 4 days!!
And how it is now I don't think it will be over
Oh and might I add I am seeing my boyfriend who I haven't seen since the 12th July (for me thats a long time seeing as we pretty much live together)

It's the last bit of your period, it will likely be finished by the time your holiday starts.
If you're sexually active, make sure he wears a condom.

You could douche to get the rest of it out but brown discharge is nothing to be alarmed over. I'd just wear a panty liner.

Could always try and clean it out quicker, have a bath or a shower and try and get rid of it, it's usually dried blood.
