Family dynamics are so different for everybody but if they smell then maybe just tell them-"You smell." Entertaining is fun so enjoy.

Screw them it is your house, just tell them you are fed up of them showing up uninvited and abusing your home and you are not going to put up with it anymore and then shut the door on them.
Keep doing this until they quit it.
Simple as.
