Where to get a mep code for blackberry phone?

Question

Does anyone know how I go about getting a mep code for my blackberry.  It's currently locked on vodafone but I want to use a new sim (provider).  There's plenty off sites willing to charge a fee which is OK but I've heard that a lot of them are proper dodgy.

I have used this website to unlock 3 Blackberry 9300 models, and have never had a problem.  The process takes 24-48 hours, and it is completely free.  Be aware, that if your Blackberry is an 8520 model, you will not be able to use it on 3 network, even after unlocking.  This is because the 8520 is a 2g handset, and 2g handsets do not work on 3 network.
