Hello there,
I'd recommend an Optus Prepaid Nokia Asha 302, for $89 at Officeworks. Despite being locked to Optus, it will work with your Amaysim SIM card without unlocking.
http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Tech...
It has a 3.2MP camera with video mode - no flash however.
Whilst it is not a smartphone, it has WiFi and 3.5G data speeds, for basic mobile browsing.
It has a relatively large 2.4" screen sitting above a QWERTY keyboard.
It accepts microSD cards, up to 32GB.
It can play MP4 videos.
The phone has been sold in both grey and white colours.
EDIT 1: Unless you were wanting to purchase used, I wasn't able to find anything appropriate on eBay. I can only suggest shopping the same Optus Nokia Asha 302 at Kmart - for $99.
Hope this helps!

I LOVE my samsung victory through virgin mobile. The phone was 200, top of the line, and the plan is prepaid 35 a month. It will never get better AND its the same network as sprint and boost, isn't it?
