I have a galaxy s4. why it download picture messages?
My friends will try to send me picture messages but my phone will say "downloading" but I'll never get the pic. Why is this?

were you on 4g network or using your cellular network if yes its gonna take sometime but wifi will instantly go through but if you have been waiting quite sometimes then i dont know
