Why are URLs in plain-text message bodies no longer linkified?
In groups which exclude attachments, or in other groups when a member posts a message in text/plain form, an URL in the message body normally (up until today) would be linkified when displayed in the group's Messages section.
That's a pretty basic function for a plain-text message reader, so I'm surprised it has broken in Yahoo Groups. Maybe this is an unintended consequence of another change. I hope it can be fixed and is not another devolution of Yahoo Groups.
Since I'm getting no answer from Yahoo, I've added this as a feedback item. I've listed it as a "bug", in the hope that it wasn't deliberate.

Wish I could help but I'm having the same problem and don't have a clue what's going on. Many posts in my "music" group have links to youtube videos but now they can't be clicked on. It truly sucks and I hope it gets fixed soon. Otherwise, I'm thinking of deleting my group, leaving the other ones I'm a member of and basically just saying to hell with Yahoo groups and not spend any more time with them period!!

Can you confirm if links still aren't becoming 'linkified'?
