  • KIGRPS-130829: Oops! Member list is not accessible?

    Description: Some customers are reporting that they are unable to access their pending members list and are instead getting a big frowning face with the message:

    Oops! Member list is not accessible

    Current Status: UNRESOLVED - Gathering affected Group names

    Workaround: Check the management 'access controls' to see if the members list is 'Off.' If it is, turn it back on but let us know!!

  • KIFIN-130314: Why can't I access Yahoo! Finance?!?

    Description: Some customers are unable to access Yahoo! Finance. This includes their portfolios, news and other features of Yahoo! Finance.

    Current Status: UNRESOLVED

    Workaround: At this time customers using Internet Explorer should try using compatibility view, as this seems to fix it for most customers. Further, we've been unable to replicate on Firefox or Chrome so switching to those browsers should also allow you to access Yahoo! Finance.

  • KIGRPS-130116: Why can't I access my groups?

    Description: All groups are currently being updated. This process was supposed to complete overnight but experienced a few delays, thus most customers will not have solid access to their groups for several more hours. Here are a list of symptoms currently being reported:

    1. No messages being sent from group

    2. Time out errors

    3. If you can gain access, the pages are 'frozen in time.'

    Current Status: UNRESOLVED

    Workaround: None. Please be patient as the engineers continue to push the update through and return full functionality to Yahoo! Groups.

    Description: Customers are reporting a "Scheduled Maintenance" error message when trying to view their group calendars.
