KIGRPS-6532050: Not receiving emails or they're very delayed when received?
Description: Customer are reporting they are not receiving Groups emails at all or they are very delayed when they finally arrive.
Current Status: UNRESOLVED - engineering is working to resolve as a top priority.
Workaround: View messages on your Group's 'Conversation' page.

For both groups: Messages without attachments are delivered correctly, although, as far as I know. Messages with attachments (pictures which are made smaller before sending) are mostly delivered with big delays

This issue is severe enough that we're actively evaluating alternatives to Yahoo Groups. Delays of 16-24 hours in some cases are completely unacceptable. The mail headers make it clear that it's all internal to Yahoo's email systems, so it's a little strange that they haven't already managed to track down the problem.

Is there an update on this issue? A have a number of different users in my yahoo group that have delayed and/or missing email. They get some posts in email but not all.

Yes, members are reporting lots of e-mails either missing completely or greatly delayed (typically 12-24 hours).

I'm owner/moderator on muiltiple groups and many of the members on my groups are reporting issues both with the delay of emails (messages sent 0730 Thursday morning show up 0500 Friday morning) and with attachments that don't down load.
Groups reporting this most frequently.. SRM-Broadcast, SRM-BOT-Staff, Atlanta-NRHS-Finance.

Too much delay in mails reaching the individual mailbox. Order of mails are different then the way they had been sent.

I am experiencing delays in receiving emails as well but it's all emails, not group emails.

Not only are messages somewhat delayed, but when they're finally sent, they are not readable. The message if filled with code.
