Scion FR-S worth the money? Years from now still worth it?

I was just wondering if the new Scion FR-S was worth the money, I've seen lots of heavily modded ones and they look pretty mean. But are they still worth buying lets say ten years from now?

    10 years from now, they will be equivalent to 2003 Toyota Celica's and Mitsubishi Eclipse's and 350z's, which many people still buy. The used car market for these cars are strong.

    So yes I expect them to be worth about $7000 in 10 years.
