we have a 6:30am flight from Marco Polo Airport?
Hi we want to stay in Venice, Italy, but we have a 6:30 am flight out of Marco Polo Airport. Can we get to the Airport in time. How to get there and how long does it take. We sure don't want to miss the connecting flight home. We have 2 days of which we need to visit Padua and then roam around Venice and then catch that early flight out of Marco Polo

The first bus from Piazzale Roma in Venice leaves for the airport at 5:00 am and takes about 20 minutes for the trip. http://www.atvo.it/images_doc/linee/Linea_35_(dal_... . You could get a taxi from Piazzale Roma earlier than that.
There is also a blue line Alilaguna boat that leaves from San Marco at 3:40 am and arrives at the airport at 4:59 am. http://www.alilaguna.it/en/lines/line-timetables

As with all airline travels 50% of all problems can be solved by simply allowing more time for things to go wrong. Next time either book a better flight, or leave at the appropriate time. I would be at the airport no later than one hour and thirty minutes in advance. I give even more time than the airport suggests.

Venice (Venezia) actually wants number release, see how to get there with hotelbye . This city is a huge fabled destination for centuries. Just the name Venice will do to conjure up a bunch of photographs, also for people who have not even collection foot in Italy. From gondoliers in striped tops to the Rialto and the Bridge of Sighs, bad balls, fantastic barges, courtesans in gondolas and crumbling palaces experiencing streets made from water Venice is an incredible city. Once the sole bridge throughout the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge scars the spot of the island's first settlement, named Rivus Altus and is currently one of many lots of place that Venice has to offer.
