Whether it be other drugs or a certain diet, etc.

There is no way to enhance the GABA agonist Zopiclone. Your brain is always going to develop a natural tolerance to this drug (like most psychoactive drugs) over time. The brain is neuroplastic.. simply meaning it is constantly changing, adapting to the presence of drugs and unrelated to how you stimulate it both intellectually/emotionally and less obvious things such as exercise.
I can only anticipate that you wish to "enhance" this drug because it has lost some of it's effectiveness.
My best advice to you is to take breaks on this medication. It is used primarily to treat sleep issues.. mainly insomnia - Delayed sleep onset disorder. By taking breaks (days or even weeks) off of the drug will cause the brain to adapt in the opposite way it does when you are taking it regularly. It will downregulate the GABA receptors thus increasing their sensitivity to GABA agonists like Zopiclone.
I know it may be difficult to not take this with chronic insomnia. However a good way to do this is to rotate medication families for your insomnia.
I recommend rotating diphenhydramine and zopiclone. For the days or weeks you do not use the Zopiclone use Diphenhydramine (also known as Benadryl) in a dose range of 25mg to 100mg before bed. Since Diphenhydramine works in a completely different manner than GABA agonists it will still allow for downregulation of the receptors while providing help with sleep/insomnia.
The only way to 'enhance' or potentiate Zopiclone would be to take MORE of this drug or take other GABA agonists with it.. such as Benzodiazepines (ie: alprazolam, diazepam, clonazepam, etc..) I DO NOT recommend taking benzo's when Zopiclone is losing effectiveness.. you will only desensitize the GABA receptors even more, essentially making your Zopiclone nearly 100% inneffective in the future.

I take zopiclone every night for sleep. The only way I find to enhance the effects are to drink alcohol with it. This is dangerous only because you can easily black out and forget everything you do.

First pl. see the futility of over dosage, suicide, etc... ! Also think who all will miss you & your missions in this world ! In a short span of say 60-75 years we must do what we can do to our parents, teachers, siblings, environment, siblings, ..... rather than negative thinking, acting, or talking ! If you rethinking results are finalised, there are several chemical combinations available to attain what you want ! Zopiclone is the last or least advisable !! So face the days & nights
