Inline Skates Size Question?
If I'm size 9 in shoes and trainers what size inline skates should I get? a 10 or 11? is it one up from your shoe size or 2?

For most skates is the same size or smaller than your shoe. A lot depends on how you like your shoes to fit. Since you mention trainers, I am assuming that you already wear them snug and same size if most likely.
However, since skates don't give as much as shoes, a lot depends on the shape of the skates compared to your foot shape. If the skates are narrower and you have wide feet, you will need a larger size since you need to fit the ball of the foot in the skate. If the shapes are reversed, you will need a skate that matches the length of your foot since that will be the limiting factor.
Try the skates on. That is the best way to get the right size. They should feel snug at first but not crush any part of the foot.
