Manual valve body question?

Okay so when your slowing down can you put it back into neutral or do you have to downshift back to neutral as your coming to a stop? And also a reverse manual valve body? That's just the same thing except your shifting the opposite way right (backwards)?

if its a reverse body I would think you could down shift back back to n.forward body ,go straight to n. reverse should be n 123. forward n321.most manual reverse body don't have engine brake in 1- 2 gear.when you let off gas.it like free wheels.the ones for four wheeling has engine brake in 1-2 unless its a 4 speed then of coarse it would be manual forward n4321 manual reverse n1234

It doesn't sound like you've ever seen a car in your life. There is no valve body in a manual transmission. When you're downshifting a manual transmission, all shifts go through neutral first. This question looks like a joke, but I'll treat it seriously to maintain validity of the forum.
