Does AT&T consider texting Puerto Rico foreign or domestic?
One of my new friends is from Puerto Rico and I can't find a clear answer on AT&T's website as to whether or not texting her will cost whatever it costs to text international numbers. I know that AT&T doesn't consider all of the territories part of the US so I just want to know if texting a Puerto Rican number will cost me

no... ATT, Verizon, Sprint, and Tmobile, amost other prepaid carriers also........... all consider......
the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands to be "DOMESTIC CALLING PLANS"

OMG Becky :D Where have you been? The LGBT section hasn't been the same since you've left.
And Puerto Rico should be considered like Hawaii or Alaska, it won't cost any extra money.
