Hi Devyl,
I am Shuchi from the Dell Social Media outreach team.
I will help you with this issue. This issue may be either due to hardware or software issue.
In order to isolate the cause of the issue please run Pre-Boot System Assessment on your system.
To launch the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA) sequence, perform the following steps:
1.Ensure the system is powered off.
2.Press and hold the <Fn> key and press the power button to power the system on.
3.Release both buttons.
The PSA diagnostics sequence begins.
4.Make note of any alert tones or error messages.
In case this is a hardware issue errors will come.
In case you do not receive any error messages Operating system has to be reinstalled after formatting the system completely. Please ensure that you reinstall the genuine version of Windows.
NOTE # Operating system reinstallation will remove all your important data.
In case you have any doubts or need any further information, please revert to this post I will be glad to assist you.
We would recommend you do not post your private information on a public forum.
Thanks & Regards

It could be dirty inside and that would cause the cpu to overheat. Clean all components inside with canned air that might work.
