When will the recording industry collapse ?

Recordings are not selling and the old buisness model they used the past 100 years will not work in this new millineium .

We are in a digital age where record companies will become obsolete and artists will profit without the need of a big company .

The record industry screwed themselves with greed and killing the 45 single by wanting people to pay large sums of money for CD's with fillers and no hits .

I saw an interview on CNBC with the Disney CEO where he blames the public for causing the record industry to slump.

That was total BS because if all the fruit venders decide to make the price of an apple $100.00 should the public be the cause of that product failing ?

I hope they collapse because they bought on themselves
