Med School Application and Courses?
I'm planning on next summer. I was wondering if med schools will check your senior year transcript. I know that biochemistry and computer science courses are recommended, and I'm currently planning on taking them senior year. However, if med schools don't even get to see it/take it into consideration, then maybe I try and schedule them this year (my junior year)? Are the courses even a significant factor in the admission decision?
Sorry if it wasn't clear. I will be going into my third year of college.
I'm not concerned about prerequisite classes. I'm mostly referring to classes deemed as "recommended" such as biochem, computer science, psychology, etc.
I'm aware some schools may require them, but for those that recommend them, is it bad if I have not taken them by the time I submit my application?

In reading your question, it is very hard to tell if you are currently in University and preparing to apply to Med School, or if you will be a senior in high school and applying to an Undergrad program.
If you are still in high school: Remember, you won't be applying to Med School for at least another 4 years. No, they will not look at your high school transcripts - only your Bachelor's/Undergrad transcripts, whether or not you have taken all of the prerequisite PRE-MED courses during your 4 years of Bachelor's studies, where you Interned during your Bachelor's Studies, and what your MCAT Med School Qualifying exam score is.
The only two courses that are recommended in high school for students who want to be on a pre-med track are: Chemistry, Biology, Calculus and (some schools also want Physics). If you want to make sure, just go to the Undergrad Programs Requirements webpages of the Universities you are considering and the Major you are leaning toward for your Undergrad degree. It will outline all of the high school prerequisites you would need for that Major. Though most students who want to get into medicine Major in Biology, Biochem, or something similar, you can actually major in anything, as long as sometime during your 4 year Bachelor's studies you take the Med School prerequisites (see below).
If you are currently in University, and going into your fourth year, there are a number of prerequisite courses for Med School. If you have not taken them yet, you will need to get on it: Biology I & II, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry, Anatomy, Physiology, Physics (if you didn't take it in high school), Psychology, and depending upon the various Med Schools you are considering, there may be more.
