the a40 is going to be the better of the two. thats not to say the megalodon isn't good, because it is, but the a40 is an excellent pair of cans. if you're in the price range, it's definitely worth checking out audio technica too.

Logitecg G35 is a great headset, bit expensive, but I would most defiantly buy them again in a heartbeat. Mines has been going strong with just a few minor, but easily fixable problems.
