Both have large amounts of sodium. Ketchup also has a huge amount of sugar.
Soy is the obvious choice.

Soy sauce can be bad for your health if you have some conditions such as hypertension, eclampsia, congestive heart failure or certain kidney problems. Salty foods are a very big problem there. Edema (accummulation of fluid in the interstitial spaces) is the result and can be fatal, as in pulmonary edema.
Ketchup is a low-calorie condiment, made from tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices. It contains 15 calories per tablespoon and vitamins A and C. Compared with its competitor mayonnaise, ketchup has no fat and far fewer calories per tablespoon (mayo contains 103 calories, 12 grams fat). This makes it a healthier choice for those trying to cut out added calories.
i think ketchup is more healthier

It ENTIRELY depends on what you consider healthy to be. Soy sauce has less calories per tablespoon than ketchup (about 10 versus 20) but soy is higher in sodium. Ketchup is higher in sugar.
Neither will make you gain weight as long as you use them in moderation.
However, if you are looking for a condiment that you can use pretty "guilt free," consider low sodium mustard, walden farms BBQ sauce (0 calories!), or lemon juice!

soy sauce is actually healthier, i Mean reduced soy sauce because ketchup has a shocking amount of calories and fat and just because ketchup is made from tomatoes does not mean it is healthy for you. I go with soy sauce.

1 tablespoon ketchup has 15 calories....hardly "shocking" amount of calories.
AND ketchup has zero fat grams...soy also has no fat.
don't know where you get your info from.

1 tablespoon of soy sauce has 11 calories, only 4 calories less than ketchup.
Both are condiments and used as such are not meant to be healthy but a flavor enhancer.
soy sauce does have a dab of folate and protein.
Ketchup has a dab of vitamin Aand C and 57mg of potassium which surprised me.
Ketchup has more sugar but soy has LOADS more sodium.
I would say they are about even.

Neither really the amount of sugar in the ketchup be offset by the amount of salt in the Soy.
You are better to get both as "Lite"

ketchup is made with corn syrup so it has more sugar grams then soy. Low sodium soy is good and a salt substitute.

I don't think you can compare the to two of them food-wise. But nutritional-wise you can. Because soy sauce is used differently than ketchup, they are almost never interchangeable in foods.
