what to do with a 7 year old boy? :)?

Hi! I am babysitting a 7 year old boy for 5 hours.

The only problem is he loves watching cartoons and video games BUT his mother won't let him, when she discovered I let him play videogames and watch TV for over an hour she was pretty mad.

We can't really go outside because it's raining hard tomorrow.

What do i do with a 7 year old boy in an apartment for 4 hours, no videogames, no TV????

    Read him books, play cardboard games, play hide & go seek etc.. (:
