I was dry heaving but I had food and and liquid in my stomach, what is wrong with me?
Yesterday I puked 3 times normally. I woke up today I drank some water and Gatorade and also ate a few crackers and some apples since I was feeling better. 30 mins after I got the urge to vomit but it just turned into dry heaving and nothing came out. Why is this?

It sounds like you might have had a case of gastroenteritis.
