Am I just crazy? or am I right?
I apparently have a little cyst but I gained a lot of weight I look pregnant and feel pregnant I can now feel kicks and can even see them but no baby showed on ulttasound but my thick uterus lining do you think its all in my head or I'm ptegnant?

If nothing is showing on the ultrasound, you're probably imagining it. It sounds like one of those mind over matter things, where you want to believe something so much you actually start to convince yourself of it. If you're still unsure, go back to the doctor's and ask for a second opinion.
