a woman told me she doesnt want to let her guard down? what does that mean?

As a female, I can only assume that you commented that her guard was up, in some way, or that you feel she needs to loosen up/go with the flow a little more.

Either way, she's letting you know that she's being cautious with you and that if you really want to know her - and what her feelings are for you, if indeed, she has any - that that may take some time. She's not without feelings, but you'll have to earn her trust before you'll see them.

And, no...it doesn't necessarily mean no sex. :)

She may be more comfortable having sex with you than being emotionally intimate with you.

This means she doesn't want to get hurt, she may have been hurt before and usually it means she doesn't want to jump in to something incase she gets hurt again... just need to take things easy and earn peoples turn etc

It means she doesn't love you enough to let you into her heart. Nail her sister and tell her to "guard this!"

It means she does not trust you or men in general/people in general; or that she simply is not into you and is putting that out there so you don't pursue her.

It means you aint gettin no sexuals.
