How early do I have to get to the Park Avenue Tunnel for the Summer Streets event?
Arrived at 1130 the first Saturday & was turned away. Would love to see it this weekend.

«Voice Tunnel is the signature event of Summer Streets 2013. Open to pedestrians for the first time in history, the Park Avenue Tunnel, which runs from East 33rd Street to East 40th Street, will be open to pedestrians at the south entrance starting at 7 am. The line closes at 11:30 am.»

So get in line for the tunnel at 7AM or earlier since the line closes at 11:30 AM.

It's open from 7AM to 1PM on Saturday. I think you should get there by 7:30 AM to 8AM
