I have a new laptop. How do I install wallpaper to the desktop?

Also, how do I install screensavers to my computer. BTW it is an HP Envy dv7.

    Right click on desktop. Then click Then click

    personalize. Then choose your wallpaper.

    Click apply and then okay. If it don't fill the

    screen, go back and click wallpaper and

    select stretch.

    For the background just find a picture you want and right click it and it should say something like save as desktop image or background. For the screen saver right click the desktop and click personalize a menu should show up and there will be multiple tabs look for screensaver and it will have a browse button and look for the folder you saved (on your desktop would be the easiest).
