A good quality 4 inch kit and a set of 33-35 inch tires would be a good start, and you wont look like a douche. You didn't mention if it is a 1500 or a 2500 and that will make a huge difference in cost. Not easy to install unless you have suspension experience. Figure on spending 2000-3000 for the lift kit and tires, plus installation labor.
