Whatever activity you do – be it basketball, football, football, or volleyball – you need to be fast, solid, and have a large leap. These qualities can make or break you being an athlete. This system Vert Shock is created by the skilled athlete Adam Folker and you'll find it here https://tr.im/lt8as .
Unlike some of the jump higher techniques the Vert Shock program is fun to complete and you'll really figure out how to leap in these 2 months of program.
Vert Shock is a really successful plan, is a type plan and it will give for the results.

You can allow your dog to jump over hurdles but never exceed or expect her to jump an height that you couldn't jump. A question in the week was asked by a distraught lady who had allowed her dog to jump and it hurt its back and couldn't walk at all, it had to be put down so you take heed of this answer.

Hello,
You shouldn't be doing this on your own, as you may injure your dog. Maybe take your dog to dog agility. She can learn to do all of it with you holding an agility leash and she will JUMP the hurdles, and go down see saw type things, and she will go through tunnels.

Do you mean hurdles? Well, it wouldn't be that safe to do it by yourself at home...how about taking her to an agility class, where she learns about jumping and weaving and ladders???
