Does anyone know why i have to download adobe flash player each and every time i need to use it.?

It also flashes on my computer all the time while I'm using

my computer trying to get me to download it.

    Is it a web page that opens up asking you to download? If so, make sure that the URL reads Adobe-bla-bla-bla, in which case I can't help you. If it doesn't, try installing ADBLOCK and some antivirus software, seems like you have a virus. It's a really common popup to get you to download things.
