Have you ever intervened when you have witnessed a crime in progress?

How did you feel? Were you at risk yourself? Was the outcome good and would you do it again?

    If attempted robbery in my house counts, yes. I instinctively just chased the guy out, then called the cops. Best outcome I suppose. He got nothing & nobody was hurt.

    I have yes, I felt petrified, my mind just took over! I was at risk of getting hurt, which I did. I got proper hit in the shoulder. I don't really know what the outcome was. Police turned up, the ambulance. I wasn't treated til a few days later when I decided I should go a&e and the police never contacted me. Since I've witnessed other things and always call the police first now before I do anything. I try avoid getting physically involved but then I have a son now so see more risks than I used to.

    I have. I felt okay. Except I got in legal trouble because of it. I will do it again every chance I get.
