2010 b m w convertible c series?

Can problem with starting..already new battery...car will start if I run the shift thu the gears...already been to b m w of nashville,,,car starts fine there...when they get it on tow it has already been started by tow people to get out of garage...any ideas?................................

Update:

it is a 325 I think...have had 2 just different years

    I think he means c as in coupe/convertible (like 325iC, 328iC, 330iC). I have no idea what you are saying dude! Just saying, but I will try to help. It could be something you are doing. If it is an automatic the car needs to be in Park to start. If it is a manual you need to have it in Neutral with your foot on the clutch (possible the brake too). If it that does not solve your problem, it is possible there is a fault in the Neutral Gear Sensor. It is a sensor that makes sure your foot is on the clutch or in park to turn on. Thats only based on the little I got from your description though. Work on your English and be more descriptive and someone may actually be able to be of more help though
