Creatine help/advice?

So I am looking into taking creatine but want some advice/tips/help from creatine users first.

Which is the best creatine supplement to take?

How often do you take it?

Do you still drink normal protein normally?

Dieting?

Any other things I should know would be great.

Thanks.

    hi

i use creatine alongside protein powder and sometimes multivits/omega oils and im a personal trainer and currently doing a bsc degree in sports science. hopefully i can give you some advice :)

Creatine monohydrate is the standard and most proven type of creatine. some companies say to have loading phase but from the studies i have seen this is unnecessary, just take a 5g serving a day either in the morning before your train or with your protein shake. depending on the directions of use of the brand you get it may suggest to cycle it (take it for 4-8 weeks then come off it for 1-4 weeks)

its completely different to protein and protein is more important so keep still keep doing that like normal.

not sure what you mean with the dieting bit ha.

anyways heres where i get mine from and would suggest. bulkpowders.co.uk or myprotein.co.uk just search for creatine and either go for creatine monohydrate its fairly cheap.

but ive also got £5 off voucher for bulkpowders.co.uk - AR96825

and for myprotein MP681282, think this ones like 5-10% off. just type them in at the checkout to use them

    hope this helps:)
