main floor and basement living quartersthermostat placement?

I live in the lower level of a 3 bedroom bungalow, the thermostat is in the lower level, when the air conditioning comes on in the summer, the lower level is always much colder than the upper level.

Is there such a thing as a Temperature Balancing, Air Circulation System?

that would maintain the close to equal temperature, upper level, and lower level?

Thanks

You balance the air using the vents...most vents have flapper doors that regulates the amount of air flow...close the down stairs vents and open the upstairs vents to even out the temps...
