Band Size: 29

    Yeah, industry bra sizing is crap. You really can't depend on companies like Victoria's Secret or La Senza or whoever to give you accurate sizing, because almost everyone does it wrong.

    What happens is they add anywhere from two to six inches to your underbust measurement to get your band size, and they have you measure under your armpits or over your bra. All of these will give you a too small cup and a too large band.

    So you're going to remeasure yourself. It's really easy, and you've only got to do one subtraction problem.

    You'll need a measuring tape, a mirror, and a private place.

    Measure snugly around your ribcage, with the measuring tape parallel to the floor (use the mirror to make sure). This should be a tight measurement. Breath in and out, and find the average of your inhale and exhale measurements. Round to the nearest even number. If you land on an odd number, like 29, round up.

    This rounded number is your band size. Write it down.

    Now lean forward with your back parallel to the floor, or as close as you can get, and measure around the widest part of your breasts.

    Write this measurement down.

    Now subtract your band size from your bust measurement. Take the resulting number and find your cup size on this chart.

    1=A 2=B 3=C 4=D 5=DD 6=E 7=F 8=FF 9=G 10=GG 11=H 12=HH 13=J 14=JJ 15=K 16=KK

    Take your band size, and stick it in front of your cup size. That's your real bra size.

    Some brands fit differently, so when you try a bra on, use this guide to make sure it fits.

    Hello, you are a 30A according to my measurements. This is because your band is 29 inches and if you get a 28 band on the loosest, you will grow out of it soon, whereas of you wear a 30 band on the tightest hook, when you grow a band size, there will be a bit of space for you to grow into. You are an A because there is a two difference gap between your underbust and bust, but you will be wearing a 30 band. Hope this helps! ☺️

    You really need to go and get measure but certainly don't post pics of your boobs!!! Okay so I would say the Tightest strap on a 30A OR the loosest on a 28. Also, you can go to shops and try all the different sizes op and designs on. A the brands range differently. In one brand the 28AA is too big for me when I am a 32A in angel bras!!! Hope I helped.
