My car rpm slowly fluctuates, is this normal?

I have a 2001 Nissan maxima 5speed I just recently got the torque app on Android for my car and noticed that at idle it goes from 6.62rpm to 6.75 rpm then just stays at 6.62 rpm . Is this normal or could it be a problem, I do have a very dirty air filter if that matters, but that's all my rpm move, it doesn't seem like much

    It fluctuates .13 rpms? That's fine.

    At idle that rpm is fine.
