Will my wrist ever be 100% after Wrist Arthroscopy?

After getting my MRI results, there's a possible chance for a Wrist arthroscopy in order to fix my TFCC(Triangular fibrocartilage) tear.

Question is, Will my wrist ever be the same back to a 100% or at least near? Are the chances of re injury more prone to happen than before my first injury?
